  2. that’s a specific note about seasonal marathons. but I ALWAYS wear anti-chafe cream. Learned that one the hard way in training 🙂

  10. Great tips! Perfect for a beginner like me! Have you ever had lateral pain on your knees? I’m suffering from those and only two month left for my first marathon. I’m doing LTB stretching and stopped running for almost two weeks, can you give me some tips about recovering? Thanks so much!
