Thanks for sharing this. Core stability is very important for middle-long distance running… particularly when there is ample time to lose or accumulate those milliseconds – seconds over the course of the distance (i.e. 42.2km)… not to mention weakness accumulation which could lead to injury some time down the track. Craig does a good job in articulating these exercises. He also looks to be a very efficient runner based on his form over the years.
