  3. This has been by far the most difficult thing for me to do! I try to
    maintain a pace but then eventually I like I can’t breathe and I think I
    just panic and mess the whole thing up. It’s awful! I’m going to try to
    concentrate on breathing in conjunction with my footsteps. Maybe it will
    actually work.
