Great to see people still running in the colder season. I prefer to run in the cold (less people) hahaha! Anyway I like to share a good site that sells Disposable Jackets. They are VERY warm for being as light as they are. They are called sheddable shells, take a look at them. Look at their testimonials while you are there too.
I love your videos and blog posts. I’m a subscriber of your newsletter. I’ll be doing a blog on running myself soon - on how one can achieve a beneficial light trance-like state while running 🙂
I was wondering if you would like me to embed one of your videos on my site and on my Facebook fan page. If that sounds good, look me up, My site address is in my username 🙂

No natural method removes fat from a particular area.
If you were to do thousands on reps of ab excersizes you would not lose any more fat from your abs than your butt.
if your running for weight loss then it you are best off running at a moderate intensity. if its within your limits go for a 30min slowish run 3-4 times a week. Also you cannot lose fat from certain areas of the body. exersizing simply burns kilajoules which would otherwise be stored as fat. by the way if your in an area with suitable climate you would probably find running outside more interesting.
I run in the winter wearing a full head and nose covering which blows air up my face, fogging up my vision. I am desperately looking for a pair of sun goggles that protect my eyes from brightness as well as UV rays in both winter and summer and are anti-fog. I would like them not to look ugly and not cost over $60 if possible. I have given up on finding a good folding pair that aren’t huge in the pocket. Please help.
If you get a chance please check out our promo trailer for our documentary titled, “MY RUN”, which is on our YouTube channel “vandytime”.
It’s based on the Terry Hitchcock story, a man who ran 75 consecutive marathons in 75 consecutive days, to bring awareness to the plight of Single Parent Families.
Thank you. I hope to have more on other topics. Are there any topics that any runners want to be addressed? Please post them and I will create a video for it.

If excercise doesn’t remove fat from certain areas of your body then what does? Doesn’t dieting just not add fat to your body?
By the way I am NOT fat
