I Leave for a week and I come back to this???
I was enjoying my time in muggy Miami, working on my sunburn, and was ready to come home to dry, sun-parched Texas chaparral, but what do I get? Monsoon-season Cambodia? This is ridiculous. I hope you’re all still staying dry, faithful listeners.
In other news, Harry Potter’s final exploit hits bookshelves and grubby little pre-teen paws tonight. Many of you are fans, all ages, and I salute you in your resolve. I once stayed up all night, camped out for the opening of the Krispy Kreme at I-10 and DeZavala. So, measured on the yardstick of physical and intellectual health, all of you caped, wand-wielding, bespectacled muggles got me beat. Good luck, and enjoy the tunes.
